Terms of Service
Shift Planner
1. Introduction
- These Terms govern the use of the Shift Planner web application (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Matyáš Hraběta, Company ID 30026776, e-mail matyas.hrabeta.mail@gmail.com (the "Operator").
- The application was created by Jiří Karmazin, who retains the copyright. Users only obtain the right to use the Service under these Terms.
- By registering or purchasing a subscription, the user confirms they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
- The Service lets you manage employees and sites, plan and generate shift schedules (including short/long week, 2 days + 2 nights + 4 off and custom rotations), record absences, calculate hours, surcharges and indicative pay, and share or export schedules (including payroll CSV export).
- Employees can use a unique link to enter shift wishes and propose or take over shift swaps; the manager always decides on approval.
- The Service also tracks employee qualifications and licences with expiry warnings, compares plan vs. actual, and offers rest-period checks (11 hours between shifts, 35 hours weekly rest).
- Generated schedules and check results are suggestions and a support tool. The user (employer) is responsible for ensuring the final schedule complies with applicable labour law.
3. Registration and account
- Registration by e-mail or Google account is required. The user must provide true information and protect their login credentials.
- The user is responsible for the actions of people they grant access to their account (manager, viewer, etc.).
- Employees do not need their own account; they access the shared schedule via a link from the user. The user is responsible for whom they share the link with.
4. Price and subscription
- New accounts get a free 3-day trial without a payment card. After it ends, schedule generation requires a subscription.
- Current prices of the English version are listed on the pricing page (monthly €35, quarterly €95, half-yearly €180, yearly €320, excluding tax). Tax is determined by the buyer's country in the payment window.
- Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record, which calculates and remits VAT. A tax receipt / invoice is sent to the customer by e-mail after each payment and can be downloaded in My account / Manage subscription.
- The Operator is not a VAT payer.
- The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Payment is made by card through a secure payment gateway; the Operator has no access to card details.
- Price changes will be announced in advance and do not affect periods already paid.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal
- The subscription can be cancelled at any time in My account / Manage subscription. The Service remains available until the end of the paid period; the remaining period is not refunded pro rata.
- Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If they explicitly requested the Service to start before this period ends and began using it, they will pay a proportional part of the price for the service already provided.
- Withdrawal can be sent to matyas.hrabeta.mail@gmail.com.
6. Availability and liability
- The Operator strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee it. Short outages due to maintenance or third-party failures are not a defect of the Service.
- The Operator is not liable for damage caused by incorrect data entered by the user or for employment-law consequences of schedules used without the user's own review.
- The user must not misuse the Service, circumvent its security, or copy or distribute its content and code.
7. Complaints and support
- Defects and questions can be reported to karmazinj@centrum.cz or by phone at +420 733 159 733. Complaints are handled without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
- Consumers may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
8. Personal data
- The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
- The Operator may reasonably amend these Terms and will inform users by e-mail or in the application at least 14 days in advance.
- In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version prevails.
- These Terms are effective from 29 October 2026.
